On the route of the great empire
The Incas built a vast network of roads to communicate with the four regions of his vast empire. The network is called Qhapac ñan ("way of the sovereign") or Inca Trail. It was formed by stone walkways, transit is suitable for two or three people with trpillas of flames. The rivers were crossed by suspension bridges and steep slopes are matured by stands and ramps.
